eNOTICE is the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection's (DEP) Electronic Notification System.

Web Site Users can specify updates within eNOTICE by selecting items they wish to receive email notices (eNOTICES) when changes occur in the status of the particular item, or when new items are available for viewing.

eNOTICES covering Permit Applications, ACT2 Notices of Intent to Remediate and Regulations updates are processed daily. Draft Technical Document eNOTICES are processed weekly.

PA DEP will keep your e-mail confidential and will not use your e-mail address to send unsolicited email.
